Quick fixes
My widget is blank or shows old info
Unlock your iPhone once after a restart — iOS keeps widget data sealed until the first unlock — then reconnect CarPlay.
There's no Widgets option in CarPlay settings
Your iPhone needs iOS 26. Some cars with very small screens don't support Dashboard widgets.
My startup sound doesn't play
Open CarMood → Sounds → setup guide and check the automation: CarPlay → Connects → Run Immediately, action “Play connected sound”.
I only see part of the widget
Some aftermarket and older head units crop widgets. Designs with centered content look best on them.
Restore my purchase
Open CarMood → Settings → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.
An AI creation failed
If a creation fails, the coin is returned automatically. Try a different photo or idea.
