CarMoodTerms of Use
Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and THINKAD INC, 20282 Castle Stuart Ave, Boca Raton, FL 33434, United States (“we”), for the CarMood app and website. By using CarMood you accept them. Apple's Standard License Agreement for apps (EULA) also applies; Apple is not responsible for CarMood or its support.
Safety first
Never set up or interact with CarMood while driving. Set everything up while parked, keep your attention on the road and obey traffic laws. Speed, maps, trips and navigation are for information only and may be inaccurate — always follow road signs and conditions.
The app
CarMood needs iOS 26 or later and a car with Apple CarPlay. What you see depends on your car, head unit and iOS; some features may not work on every car. We may change, add or remove features.
CarMood Pro subscriptions
CarMood Pro is a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel anytime. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. A one-time discounted offer may be shown in the app for a limited time.
Coins
Coins are used for AI creations. They are consumable, have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, and don't expire while CarMood is offered. If a creation fails, the coin is returned. Pro may include a limited number of free creations each week, as shown in the app.
AI features
AI results are created automatically and may be unexpected, inaccurate or similar to other results. You are responsible for what you send: only upload photos you have the right to use, and only photos of people who agree. Don't use CarMood to create illegal, sexual, hateful, harassing or violent content, content involving minors, content that impersonates or misleads about real people, or content that infringes others' rights. We may block requests and limit access to stop abuse. You may use your results for personal, non-commercial purposes. If you ask for a brand or logo, that brand belongs to its owner — you are responsible for how you use the result.
Your content
You keep all rights to the photos, texts, drawings and sounds you add. You give us a limited license to process them only to provide the features you use.
Drawings and Convoy
Share invite links only with people you trust. Don't send drawings that are offensive or unwanted. We may remove content and block users who abuse these features.
Our content
Designs, sounds, themes and other content in CarMood are licensed to you for personal use within the app. Don't copy, resell or redistribute them. If you import your own sounds or images, you must have the right to use them.
Trademarks
CarMood is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc. or any car manufacturer. Apple, CarPlay, iPhone and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Car brand names and logos belong to their owners.
Disclaimer
CarMood is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or work with every car.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, THINKAD INC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for CarMood in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Ending
You can stop using CarMood at any time. We may suspend access if you break these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll change the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use CarMood means you accept the new Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Palm Beach County, Florida have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to go to court where you live.
